Energy expert nabbed

Energy Estate has hired Christian Krebs as one of the leaders in its transaction advisory practice and will be closely involved with debt and equity fund raising for projects and businesses, beginning 1 July. Krebs was previously at NordLB where he was head of structured finance origination Asia/Pacific.

Transaction gets green stamp of approval

Greenworks Lending recently received the very first Green Evaluation from S&P for its first securitisation of C-PACE assets, dubbed PACEWell 2. PACEWell 2 received an overall Green Evaluation score of E1 - the highest possible score on the S&P's E1 to E4 scale.

Freddie Mac has commenced its offer to investors to exchange certain eligible Freddie Mac securities for TBA-eligible Uniform Mortgage Backed Securities Mirror Certificates. Opening the exchange offer represents the final step before the Single Security Initiative goes live on 3 June.
